This is a direct transcription of the 1 tome = 1 level, to Lv21 panel. The later recording also shows a level-51 MAX card and a reminder that duplicates take over beyond 21. It does not establish a complete per-level duplicate cost table.
How to use them sensibly
Select a card in Army, open the Tome action shown for that card, set the quantity and check the preview. For a key level-1 card, stop at the displayed level-21 limit; a larger inventory does not extend the Tome system. A different card has its own level, so verify the selection before confirming a bulk use.
Use copies that are already available before deciding where a scarce Tome bundle helps most. Consider whether the card has the role and border you want to keep. A temporary early pull may be replaced shortly after more slots or modes open.
Sources and next steps
The official RELEASE bundle lists five Tomes and RANKED lists ten. The free/premium Roll Pass also displays Tome rewards in footage; individual tier contents can change. Read current reward labels rather than assuming every tier grants Tomes.
