Why this is not a rare-card probability simulator
The panel shows 20 points → ×1.60, 38 → ×2.14 and 183 → ×6.49. Those are enough to calculate this particular component. They are not enough to divide every printed card denominator by your total luck and claim the result is the game’s actual probability.
The output is therefore labelled stat component. It excludes gear, potions, pets, mastery, set bonuses and passes. Inputs above the highest checked sample of 183 points are explicitly labelled as a projection of the observed linear pattern, not a fully verified curve. Increasing a component from ×1.60 to ×2.14 is a 33.75% increase in that component; it is not a verified 33.75% increase in a named card’s chance.
Read luck, rarities and VOID before interpreting a printed 1-in number.
